CLO Insiders’ Roundtable

Prior to joining Fair Oaks Capital, Mr. Povey worked on the Secondary Euro CLO Trading Desk at Goldman Sachs. After starting

in a role focused on the fundamental analysis of single name credits for asset heavy businesses, he took up a position on the Secondary

Euro CLO Trading desk where he spent most of his six years at the firm. The desk made markets across the capital structure with a focus on lower

mezzanine and equity positions. He also worked on realizing value through the windup of several stressed 1.0 positions as well as

hedging the trading book and warehouse exposures using synthetic credit and equity derivatives. Mr. Povey holds a Bachelor of

Business Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town.

Pauline is a member of the Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) portfolio management team. 

Prior to joining TwentyFour, Pauline worked as a junior portfolio manager for fixed income at Twenty First Capital.

Pauline holds an MSc in Investment Management from Imperial College London and a degree in Mathematics with Finance and Economics from City, University of London.

Dustin Walpert is a Vice President in Global Research at Bank of America, covering the European CLO market. Walpert holds a BSc in Mathematical Economics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge. He is a CFA charterholder. He is based in London and is fluent in German.

Jennifer advises clients on a range of structured finance transactions and derivatives, with a particular focus on CLOs and SRT transactions. She is recognised as a leading individual in the CLO market having worked with arrangers, collateral managers, warehouse finance providers and CLO investors in connection with a variety of European CLO 2.0 transactions, warehouse facilities, retention fund structures and retention note financings. Jennifer also advises financial institutions, asset managers and end-users on a broad range of cross border structured finance transactions and she has been involved with structuring hedging solutions on a wide range of financing transactions.
